I am not seeing any agent stats on my reports

My Agent reports don’t have any data:


In order to report Agent Stats the matching user in Dimensions must be given the ‘ACD User’ role.

Once the role has been added it is necessary for the Agent to logout and back into Quibicle/CCPro before agent information will be collected.

Data for that Agent will only be available from the first login after the ACD User role is assigned.

Please note logging in/out of the Kazoo portal does not change the Agent status. You need to 'End Session':
