Connectivity Issues

Please find below test URLs for various device and operations on the Application Suite server.


Test connection to the license server from the Application Suite server:


https://service.xarios.com/remotemanagement/helloworld/test


Test external connectivity for mobile client to your Application Suite server


https://{your server address}:8185/helloworld


it will prompt for a valid username and password for a mobile user and then return "Hello, is it me you're looking for?"


Test connectivity for phone manager clients to your Application Suite server


https://{your server address}:8186/helloworld

https://{your server address}:8187/helloworld


it will prompt for a valid username and password for a phone manager user and then return "Hello, is it me you're looking for?"


Test 6900 Handset Connectivity to Application Suite (NOT SIP connection to MiVO250)


https://{your server address}:8202/push/diag/handsets


Will return all handsets the server knows about and their statuses
